I am looking to create Military explanatory factbooks concerning my nation, and I have a couple of questions.
1.) Are there any templates I can use?
2.) What sites are recommended for housing images before posting them to NS?
 
You might be interested in getting in touch with our Minister of Culture @Prydania, for tips on roleplay.

1. I don't have any templates myself, but if you see a factbook you like, you can always ask the offer if you can reuse the raw code. Additionally, you might be interested in iiWiki.
2. I use imgur.com for image hosting, and have never had an issue with it.
