This thread will be used to update the public on our retaliatory recruitment maintenance. When a region is added or removed to our retaliatory recruitment, a member of the Executive Council will comment here. The full document that contains all information on our retaliatory recruitment efforts is available here.

Montradecs Neighbours has been added for recruitment spam targeting Praetor (and presumably others). New Western Empire has also been added for recruitment spam.

Confederacy of Allied States has been added for targeting all TNP residents with recruitment.
 
Declansburg was added for targeting TNP officers (at least) with recruitment.
 
Commonwealth of Liberty was added for targeting all WA member with recruitment.

Following a conversation with leaders from that region, assurances given, and a timeline of good behavior established, Declansburg has been removed from the retaliatory recruitment list.
 
Done a bit of looking over the Retaliatory Recruitment list.

Hiyamashu, Despotic Europe, New Western Empire, The Shadow Nexus, Democratic Federation of Nations, and HYDRA Command have been removed for being locked (and thus no recruitment ostensibly is occurring).

Exterminators and Kartokistan have been removed for being taken over by an outside force.

The Arcipelago of Blanc and Pirate Cove have been removed for no longer existing.

Third Imperial Union and The Roleplay Chessboard have been removed for CTE founders + chronic inactivity (more than two terms without a post on the RMB from a non-switcher nation).

Opstan has been removed for being taken over by the NPA.
