It has come to my attention that I failed to make an announcement appointing SillyString as a government official to oversee the organization and polling of Delegate Delirium. In past years, this has not been a problem, because SillyString was a member of the Security Council, and thus already a government official. In order to rectify this mistake, I hereby appoint @King SillyString to be Delirium Delirium Officer for this year. Please take your oath of office.
