[Private] Subject Index of Court Rulings

Something I wanted to do and I campaigned on was Subject Indexing the court rulings and R4R.

Basically, it is meant to aid everyone in finding the relevant rulings and make the court cases easier to search.

Heres a sample of what a subject index would be : http://legis.la.gov/LegisDocs/billindex/19RSbillindex.pdf
But with Hyperlinks to the court rulling, instead of bill numbers.

If there are no objections, I would like to move forward with this project, I would also like to take on a staff member or two to assist with the workload.
