At the direction of the Komrade General, the Crimson Commune of Kulavat hereby declares this medium of communication to be the official embassy of foreign powers to the Kulai people. For the purpose of simplicity, please do consider this channel to be unitary and all-purpose. With regards to the Commune's current state of affairs internally, we can ensure that any and all questions proposed by foreign emissaries to the government of Kulavat will be answered by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Captain Andtrik Vallen (Андрик), the Chief of Staff, Major General Dimitri Novikoff (Дими́трий), or even the Komrade General himself on occasion, Komrade General Ussuristal (Уссуристал). The Violetian Vanguard and its members are also permitted to speak on behalf of the State when discretion is given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Please, do consider this the place for your nation's designated representative to our homeland to periodically serve the Commune with various updates and happenings within the borders of our allies. Anything of significance is welcomed, and the Komrade General will most surely entertain requests submitted to his administration by ambassadors abroad. Should you have a question you'd like to ask a specific official, then do consider adding that specification before sending your inquiry so that matters of a more approximate nature may be addressed accordingly. Finally, the purpose of this embassy and its opening is not only to establish correspondence with neighbouring nations; but also to set the tone of the Kulai people's foreign policy and to communicate our viewpoint nationally in a clearer and concise manner. An Introduction:
The Crimson Commune of Kulavat, otherwise most commonly known by its pre-title simply as “the Commune”, is a Stratocratic Socialist State located in the southern sector of Eras’ Craviter continent. Benevolently governed by Komrade General Ussuristal, the system of executive administration for which Kulavat functions under is largely comparable to that of a meritocracy; albeit one that retains many autocratic and geniocratic principles. Widely-regarded as being that of a second-world semi-modernized society in economical aspects, the Commune sits comfortably by being near atop the world in regards to its prowess on militant teachings and specialized emphasis on strategic operations execution. Both a large and a safe nation, Kulavat recognizes its place in the world to be that of a regional hegemon that seeks to promote the status of peace and prosperity in both itself and within the borders of its allies and neighbouring nations.
By necessity, the backbone of the Kulai economy operates off of a command-like system for which resource allocation is strictly monitored and designated by the authoritarian government. Though admittedly oligarchic on a national scale, the Commune is not a totalitarian regime nor is it oppressive in nature towards its citizenry. Rather, the lives of each man, woman, and child are valued especially in the eyes of the centralized directorate for human resources, and as a result of this Kulavat experiences relatively high standards of living both by demand and by initiative in order to appease the lower socioeconomic classes of society.
Functioning as a unitary state, Kulavat is a nation that is still relatively new and up-and-coming in the eyes of the rest of the world. Founded in 1954 following the events of December in the previous year, the dominion's acquisition of independence was peaceful and without the need for bloodshed due to hostilities on either side of the negotiation table. Even still, with this newfound triumph came newfound trouble - for a socialist revolution had finally begun to set itself in motion and was growing in popularity. Thus, the Revolution of the Roses began and even today its impact is still able to be felt in relation to the daily lives the Commune's citizens live.
The population of seventy-one million, three-hundred and twelve thousand, eight hundred and nine (71,312,809) Kulai nationals are cynical at best; though it is within such conservative social constructs that they also play host to a great number of proud patriots who regard their fellow citizens as crimson brethren - brothers and sisters united at arms. Today, Kulavat prides itself on progressing its way up the stages in educational systematic refinement, a robust energy independence program that combats harmful pollutants to the environment such as carbon dioxide emissions, making strides in halting human-trafficking at every turn globally, and on having its military climb to be one of the most disciplined ground forces existent. In a nation for which over seventy percent of secondary school graduates are conscripted into active service, it serves to reason that Kulavat is a true testament to how unique, eccentric, and historically-unusual a nation in this day and age can possibly be.
