Hi, I'm new to TNP. I want to get involved in the region and at a certain moment write a bill for the WA (ideas are accepted). I am also learning English so if I speak a little weird or my response is not too late you will understand. if someone asks my native language is Spanish

Welcome to TNP! I would suggest joining the Ministry of WA Affairs, they will be able to help you work out a proposal for the WA and get it through. Do know there's a steep learning curve (which the Ministry will help you with).
