I Gaiseric Volkmann, High Chief of the United Clans of Essalanea do solemnly declare our intentions to the world this day. For too long we have dwelled apart from the rest of Craviter, content to reside in splendid isolation. But the world is changing and we must change with it or risk being trampled by the beast of modernity.

We hereby welcome all willing nations, industrial institutions and educational institutions to Essalanea, with your aid we hope to embrace this new age and all it has to offer the clans. let it henceforth be known that all who bear the people of the steppe no ill intent shall be welcome within the sacred city of Vosgotis, all embassies and missions will be granted land within Essalan's Holy City.

It has come to our attention the existence of Essalanea as a modern nation state. After looking more into your nation we are more than fascinated that a tribal clan could stay isolated from a globalized world. Even more so there is a shared bond between us as South Gotic peoples. We are more than welcome to discuss relations and provide assistance if so needed. Until around a century ago, there were some regions of Ninhundland that weren't too different from what Essalanea is, still resembling pre-renaissance times. In the hope that you decide to rapidly modernize while still keeping your traditional ways, we look forward to learning more about you.

The Crowned Republic of Highton believes that Essalanea has a bright future in front of it, and hopes it can find friendship in another South Gotic nation on the continent of Craviter. Norsia too wishes to climb higher and higher, to realize its destiny and in that regard, I believe our nations to be kindred spirits. Norsia is rebuilding itself out of conflict but we are at a point we can send sizable resources to assist you in achieving that destiny. I believe our two nations could become fast and inseparable friends.

With your permission, I would like to send two Expeditionary forces with our representatives, Doctors and nurses, teachers and tutors, social workers and more. followed by a strong backbone comprised of some of norsias most battle-hardened warriors. these men and women of Norsia will have the tasks of helping train your warriors in modern warfare. The government of Mondari views advancing the economic situation of nations across Eras as paramount to ensuring global stability, prosperity, and peace. Therefore, we in Mondari offers to fund the Horizon Energy Company, at the approval of the Essalanean government, in a project with the goals of building a photovoltaic power station with the capability to produce upwards of 5 megawatts of energy along with the transformers to connect the power station to the Essalanean power grid. Horizon Energy's workers would need a total of 4,500 m2 of space, in addition, the workers would need to be guaranteed safe travel through Essalanea to the construction area. Finally, Mondari will also send people with the workers to train Essalaneans on how to operate the power station and transformers. Mondari's government will monetarily fund the project that should cost an estimated $20m IBU. In return for funding the construction of the power station, transformers, and the salary of the workers; we request that the Essalanean government allow Mondic mining companies to go into Essalanea and extract an amount of coal, determined by the Essalanean government, yearly until the cost of the construction project is matched by the value of coal extracted.

We hope that this proposal is agreeable, if your government agrees to the terms, we can mobilize within a month and start construction of the power station immediately.

Statement from the Department of Foreign Relations and Trade in the Republic of Mondari​
Due to the success of the photo-voltaic power system constructed by the Horizon Energy Company. We are proposing to your government, the construction of a natural gas processing plant that would be able to process 100 MMcf/d of natural gas to bolster the production potential of the Essalanean state. The construction would be undertaken by Enterprise Petroleum with a budget of $100m IBU for the processing plant and an additional $85m IBU for the required infrastructure. In addition, we are proposing the construction of a power grid, to connect the major settlements of Essalanea to the Horizon solar power system to supplement the Essalanean people with reliable power, the cost for this is estimated to be around $35m IBU and would be undertaken by the Horizon Energy Company. The $225m IBU in funding would be provided by our government in the aims of helping Essalanea become a self-sufficient power on Craviter. This would free Essalanea from the influence of the great powers on Craviter who could use their vast energy reserves to force the Essalanean state in becoming their lapdog, which would be against what we want for our Luscova Pact ally. We hope that your government finds this agreement to your satisfaction. The construction of infrastructure is a big step in helping your state become a power that can stand on its own two feet easily.
