(Queen Yuno QUIT gameplay/the raiding life for Cards!)
Let’s start from the beginning.
In April 1st, Max Barry and [Violet], site creators, implemented a card minigame where players can farm and buy cards of other players. Unfortunately, the card game lasted for 2 days before closing down. I managed to win several of the #1 most expensive card slots despite putting nearly no effort in raising my card value. Meanwhile, ambitious card gamblers Helaw and DiRito, August, Gibraltarica, Tulov, Vincent Drake, New Ex Patria, ambitious card farmers of the Augustus Alliance, inflated Helaw's card value to 1400, securing the #1 most expensive card slot. They did this by
At the FINAL second of the game (the card game lasted 2 days before closing,) Luna Amore dropped in a $1400 sale and stole all their money.

1. Highest card value
2. Deck value
3. Bank total.
Helaw and I tried to rack up as many of his cards as possible to multiply an uber-massive bid at the end. Bloody Luna was hovering over us though and we lost out on two number one spots.

So basically Luna was re-selling Heshaw for 0.1 repeatedly while you were doing it for 1400

Anyway, that totally surprised me. Meanwhile, Pergamon and Xoriet went CRAZY farming for cards of all their friends, the two of them brought my card for $120. Opstan also spawned my card by chance, so I telegramed him "hi Op, you farmed my card," which was how we became friends!
Another expensive card buyer:

Xoriet and Pergamon were proponents in 4/1/19, buying the Queen Yuno card for 125.
Even more absurd, Miravana gifted me my own card. I said thanks
There are probably tons of other events I'm forgetting, April 1st was interesting. But after the card game closed, everyone wanted the card game back. A bit over 8 months later, it did.

On December 21st, the card game came back at the prediction of Vancouvia (https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?p=35073110#p35073110)
The official MaxBarry news article is here but let me explain it myself.
This time, there were massive changes. Instead of people getting packs automatically every 10 minutes, people have to ANSWER ISSUES for a 10-15% chance of receiving a card back! An issue takes 5 hours to arrive!
This is absurd, so I found a way to game the system (LEGALLY.) Other people figured out the same trick.
First off, you need to possess multiple nations.
The fastest way to do that (if you have Google Chrome) is to get the official Eluvatar NS++ extension.
1) Get this NS++ Extension on your Google Chrome Browser:

2) You re-fresh NationStates homepage, then go to "Create Puppet Nations"

(Ignore the "jump point" comment, but otherwise, yes, you fill everything out.)
NS++ lets you skip all the annoying steps that you have to do if you created a nation manually from https://www.nationstates.net/page=create_nation. With NS++, you can repeat the same two clicks 100 times to make 100 nations within 5 minutes, fast.
4) Alright, once you have 20 nations, (or a number of your choice,) time to use them to farm cards.
(while I would want to recommend moving them all to The North Pacific, you can't do that because that's puppet flooding, unless you move like, 1-3 puppets per day in or leave them alone or put them in hc metalurg or yuno(my card farmer storage.) Honestly, where you place your puppets doesn't matter if you're just using them to farm cards.)
5) You answer all 5 issues on your first nation https://www.nationstates.net/page=dilemmas - just choose randomly without reading, then check https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck to see if you have any packs (if none, login to the next nation.) Open them all. Then you can either keep the cards, junk them for money. Then login to the next nation.

Trust me, these are STRANGE OUTLIERS. Legend cards (the highest rank) typically sell for between $6-$15. They don't sell THIS high, so don't get tricked.
Common cards sell for $0.05 if it's a desired common.
Rare cards sell for $1 if it's a desired rare.
Ultra-rares get junked often or sell for $2 if desired.
