To the members of the World Assembly,
Remembering the passage of Security Council Resolution #268, which has condemned the Pacific for its authoritarian government and infiltration of other regions, however,
Realizing that despite the passage of the aforementioned resolution, the Pacific has maintained a tyrannical government controlled by a power-hungry delegate who has held on to absolute power by force,
Noting that the Pacific has not held a single democratic election in multiple years,
Believing that the Pacific is in desperate need of liberation from its dictatorial government,
Hereby liberates the Pacific.
