I would certainly be interested!
If so what would you like to see?
Eurovision style contest. 12, 10, 8-1 points. Perhaps with an unpredictable televote?
Songs from anywhere?
Yeah, real world songs and no modifications of the text, compared to Worldvision, where 80 percent of the text needs to be original, written by yourself.
Artists which may have a connection to your nation and or flag?
Nope, no boundaries should be imposed. Anything should be allowed, except some things...
I have organised these kind of contests in the past but they take a lot of time to develop, which I didn't have. If you continue on this I would urge to find others and create a committee in order to spread the work load.
What I did in the past was:
1. Songs limited to maximum 4 minutes
2. Need to have a YouTube video, which would become a playlist
3. Votes were collected by SurveyMonkey, either ranking or awarding points (varied per contest)
4. Winner announced by individually announcing the jury points (our votes) and combining the televote (randomized results).
5. Failure to vote would result in disqualification.
The examples are lost because of Zetaboards being closed down. How big the gap between contests should be have varied in my system from every 3 months to every month.

Here is an example from Londinium (not Zeta luckily):
