Effective Immediately Captain Malphe will stepping down as the Deputy Minister of Defense. He will be replaced by long time Officer, Colonel Darcania! Darcania is one of the NPA's longest serving Officers at this point and I have the utmost faith in his abilities to serve both the Ministry of Defense, and the The North Pacific.
