Amendment to the Election and Appointment Procedure
This proposed amendment, had it been passed, would have further established the North Pacific’s long standing history of democracy. Due to the emergency state caused by the forums being changed, the elections were postponed indefinitely. Fortunately, the elections were still able to be hosted within the standard election times. However, this amendment would have set specific dates and months for the election cycles to begin and change the procedure for how runoff elections proceed.
