NBS: NPA Tutorial Series

My most ambitious goal as Minister of Communications this term is to revolutionize the Northern Broadcast Service (NBS). Not only will NBS include monthly news shows, but it will feature tutorial videos, interviews, feature podcasts, and hopefully also townhalls. As part of this effort, it is my goal to encourage NPA recruitment and training by making materials more accessible to newcomers. This tutorial series will have three parts: Why you should join, Raiding, and Defending. Additionally, I'd like to write a tutorial for NS++, which is commonly used to switch between puppets for R/Ding, and is nice in a variety of other ways. The first video in this series has already been published here.
