Elu, curious about something, there are 2 people that I've made residents but they have no banner and are listed as "guest" vs "TNPer". they have "TNPer" as their custom title when I find them in the ACP. It seems their posts aren't associated with their accounts. I can't click their name in the thread but they do have profiles.

Some work on board rules.

☒ The signature policy images have been recovered and uploaded as an attachment to this post.
☒ A new "rules" page has been created under "help", and the text of it edited to use appropriate formatting and refer to our Terms of Service instead of Zeta's Terms of Use and Terms of Service.
☐ Rename "Terms and Rules" link and "Terms of Service and Rules" page
☐ Add "rules" link to top menu?
