Roleplay Seminar Series

Hello team!

I've spoken to some friends from Greater Dienstad who have agreed to assist us in organising a seminar series on various roleplay topics.

Here is the list we've come up with so far:

Ideas and input we need:

1) Any other topics that are of interest to you - comment them below
2) Other RolePlayers you'd suggest we ask to speak on this

Work we need to get done:
1) A certificate of appreciation to those who participate
2) A dispatch explaining the event and what is going on. Base this on other dispatches formats.
3) A draft telegram announcing the event to the region

Anything else that you can think of would be great too!

Regarding the Certification are we going full 8.5x11inch or just a little award icon?

Good point. I think something sig worthy would be okay too, but there is something nice about a certificate? Perhaps we could have a full version and then a button version?

No takers on the above tasks? Disappointing. Everything needs to get done ahead of this event!

So here is an update. The event will commence from the 13th of June and will be hosted in partnership with Greater Dienstad.

The proposed speakers I have are as follows.. and a short characterisation of their topics. There are some overlap which is fine, we will be able to hear multiple perspectives on the topic.

Lamoni - Moderation in RP
The Scandinvans - creating a mythology or religion
Prydania - mythology/religion
Ghant - key differences between national RP and character RP
Vilita - NS Sports topic - TBC
Staryblaydia - NS sports related topic - likely a guide
Panel discussion - Designing Weapons Equipment
Olivia Calidan - RPing Imperfections, Flaws and Quirks.
The State of Monavia - Diplomacy in RP
Audioslavia - NS Sports

FYI I am finalising the schedule now and have drafted a dispatch. Should hopefully have something ready to announce within 24 hours.
