Construction of new military shipyards

From the Department of Defense in The D.D.M

The Midranean Government has come to an agreement that to keep up with the demand for military equipment promised in the various trade agreements that the President and the Secretary of Foreign Relations and Trade have signed, the military needs to bolster its production capabilities by constructing more shipyards to sustain the demand in the trade deals and to keep the Midranean military in peak condition

The plan set out by the Government and the D.O.D is to construct 25 new shipyards in different Districts of The D.D.M
3 shipyards will be built in the Districts of Newport, Regeria, Cliside, Safaven, and Porish (totaling 15)
5 shipyards will be built in the Districts of Capitalia and Newberry (totaling 10)

The 25 shipyards will be contracted out to United Dynamics to build

The contract will cost a total of $50 billion and the contract will expire on June 1st 2020

The Midranean Government stands behind United Dynamics' ability to construct these shipyard and hopes that these new factories will allow The D.D.M to expand its industrial might
