1. Go into the Executive Staff thread, click on banners, find the banner you like and right click it, click 'open image in new tab' and copy that url.
2. Then to put that banner in your signature add the following to it:
YOURPICTURE is the URL you copied down in step 1

If you don't know how to change your signature, click on the button that says "Preferences" at the top right-hand side of your screen, then click "Change Signature".
