From the Office of Foreign Relations and Trade in the Republic of Mondari
The Leaders of The Republic of Mondari and Norsia have hereby agreed on a long term trade deal with the following stipulations:
-The Republic of Mondari will pay a lump sum of $45,000,000,000 to the Nation of Norsia
-The Nation of Norsia will use the money to rebuilt its nation and improve its economy
-When Norsia rebuilds, it will, over time, repay the money Mondari sent it through shipments of food
-The shipments will be thus: 20,000 crates, each weighing 907kg
-The time to repay the money will be 20 years
-If Norsia cannot, for some reason, pay back Mondari for any reason, Mondari will write the money that Norsia owes them off and let Norsia be free of a debt that they would otherwise owe Mondari if they can’t pay it off
-This will allow Norsia to recover if they can’t repay Mondari
Along with the following decree to any other Nation:
-If a foreign power tries to invade, attack, or cripple Norsia unprovoked then that will be a declaration of war on the Republic of Mondari and will warrant full military intervention by the M.D.N (Mondic Democratic Navy)
-This does not mean Mondari will support Norsia if they declare war on someone or are the aggressor
