Under the order of his Imperial and Royal Majesty, Alexander IV of Maloria the Department of Foreign Affairs hereby establishes this Diplomatic special channel for all those who wish to communicate with the Malorian Government. This channel will be used to help further the relationship the empire has with those who seek out its friendship along with those among other nation’s foreign affairs department or equivalent to ask the Malorian Government any questions it has regarding events in the empires or abroad which may span from the Bergum Pact to the PGU.
Any questions asked inside of this channel will be answered from any members of the FA affairs staff ranging from the Deputy Secretary to the Emperor's Office if the question is of the highest importance that will need his imperial and Royal Majesty to concern himself with. However if anyone of these people is unavailable at the time then this task maybe delegated to other sections of the FA Department such as Markos Severyn, the Ambassador to the PU or Roelof Alberst who is the Representative to the Pan-Gotic Union. Even if this is the case then be assured no matter what the problem is any and all questions asked here will be answered no matter what.
We hope this will serve to benefit the Empire and her allies in the diplomatic process and we hope that it will serve to make the communication between our nations easier in the years to come. God Save Alexander, God save Maloria.
