Hey someone said I should run a RON campaign for Attorney General. If you are dissatisfied with the current candidates (who are they anyway?) vote YES to Reopen Nominations.

MY CREDENTIALS: Delegate and Chief Justice.

In case anyone was wondering. I support the continued status of flemingovianism as our official religion. When a region forsakes God, they end up like Osiris or wherever.

Do you support the non-voting bloc?
I have no idea what that is. How can I support a thing I've never heard of.
How will your ignorance of the non-voting bloc affect the non-voting bloc's turnout at the polls?
This is an important question I will get to the bottom of this. Or not. I'm tired.

Hello Plembobria, I have some questions.

In what circumstances is it appropriate for the Attorney General to utilise their general standing in relation to requests for review to bring a matter to the Court? Are there different considerations in relation to matters where individual residents, or classes of them, are likely to be considered to be affected parties as compared to matters where it is likely that no individual or class could be so considered?

In what circumstances would it be appropriate to exercise the discretion of the Attorney General to refuse to prosecute a criminal complaint?

The Attorney General is constitutionally required to act as legal adviser to officers of the executive on request, if you were requested to so act by the Delegate and advised that a particular act by them would, in your belief, be unlawful and they nonetheless did that act, how would you respond? Would your response differ if the officer was the Vice Delegate, a Minister, or an Election Commissioner?

At present the law of evidence in TNP is contained almost wholly in the Rules of the Court and in rulings of the Court, should consideration be given to endeavouring to codify at least some of the law of evidence and add it to the Codified Law? Why or why not?

Is the current law on sentencing sufficient? Whether or not it is, could it be improved in any particular way?

I'll use my standing on anything that interests me. I won't waste the court's time with legal questions that are interesting but don't have an likelihood of affecting anyone. However, if an issue is brought to my attention that has the potential to affect people but doesn't currently I may strongly consider filing a request.

When I find it unlikely that the prosecution will be worthwhile. That is, a conviction may be incredibly unlikely.

I'd tell the delegate to knock it off. No one is above the law except royalty. And Asta is currently not the delegate.

Codifying it might be helpful, but that is an issue for the RA to decide.

The law on sentencing is just tickety-boo thank you, unless someone passed that ridiculous RA review of sentencing bill while I wasn't looking.

ok SOME PEOPLE aren't sure if this is a serious campaign or not. IT IS. Some people don't appreciate my brash style. But lemme tell you. I do mostly serious things when it comes to actual job work. I did when I was delegate, and I did later when I was justice. (Wait, reverse those) and I'll continue to as your attoreny general

Thank you enjoy the donuts on your way out

I also am a paralegal, magistrate, supreme court justice, and president of the american virgin islands

I didn't see your name on the ballot list when I was voting O.o

You should have nominated yourself when nominations were still open

Hi btw ^-^

You need to vote YES to reopen nominations

Hey I got a question. If the election for AG isn't going to restart, will you be able to run for for AG in January? Thanks.
