Announcement: TNP for #1

The North Pacific Security Council and the Ministry of Culture is delighted to announce a new event - TNP for #1!

What is 'TNP for #1' all about?

The North Pacific is currently ranked #3 in the World for regions with the most endorsements according to the NationStates census. We believe that we can do better and make TNP #1! TNP for #1 is an event sponsored by the TNP Security Council and the Ministry of Culture to help achieve this goal!

The event will run for two weeks, commencing on the 20th of September and concluding on the 4th of October.

Through the medium of the 'TNP for 100' event we want to encourage nations of the North Pacific to work together to give out at least 80 more endorsements to other nations in the region. This event will be able to restore TNP to it's rightful place as #1 in the world rankings! This is no easy task, but through cooperation and a little bit of hard work we can get there!

Nations who participate in this event may win awards of varying levels depending on how many endorsements are given out individually and collectively as we meet various goals. So get to it - start exchanging endorsements right away!

We will also post periodic updates to the regional message board, and you can track our progress in terms of percentage of total nations endorsed and our overall number of WA endorsements given here and here.

How do I find other nations to endorse?
Simple! Visit our forum here and enter your nation name. It will generate a list of nations that you can open in a new tab to endorse. Cycle through the list and endorse as many as you can! The more endorsements you give to other nations, the more you will receive in return, our region becomes more secure, and we will be even closer to achieving our goals!

What are the goals and prizes for this event?
In order to reach #1 in the world rankings, we have set a number of goals, awards and prizes for nations participating.

Our goals are as follows:

Goal 1: Reach 170,000 endorsements
Goal 2: Reach 180,000 endorsements
Goal 3: Reach 190,000 endorsements
Goal 4: Reach 200,000 endorsements
Goal 5: Reach 210,000 endorsements
Goal 6: Reach 220,000 endorsements (This brings us to #1 in the world rankings).

For each goal that we meet, there is a prize:

Reach Goal 1: The Regional Flag for a week is decided by gameside poll.
Reach Goal 2: The WFE for a week is decided by gameside poll.
Reach Goal 3: A dispatch is pinned for a week is decided by gameside poll.
Reach Goal 4: Vice Delegate's flag, pretitle, and motto for a week is decided by gameside poll.
Reach Goal 5: Delegate's flag, pretitle, and motto for a week is decided by gameside poll.
Reach Goal 6: Each member of the Security Councils' flags, pre-title and motto for a week is decided by gameside poll.

We have reached Goal 2:180,000 endorsements already! This is a testament to the remarkable hard work of many nations involved. We still have a lot of work to do before we reach our ultimate goal, but it is very encouraging to see such progress already.
