2017 Roleplay Convention

The Ministry of Culture and the RP Moderators present the second inaugural RP convention to be chaired by Senior RP Moderator Mad Jack/Minister McM.

Date: 25th September - 1st of October

Agenda (this will be led by the RP moderators):
The naming of continents
Time zones
Fantasy-realism disconnect and the of-map concept the Conclave introduced
Language groups
Basic physical geography
Trust Nations
Suggestions by other RPers.

Additional Ideas:
Community QandA with Rp moderators on voice chat
OOC/Meta Discussion on how RP is currently run and suggestions for reform/improvements
Anything else

Culture to prepare:
Forums required - to be compiled by me
Press release
Graphics required - I would like a participation ribbon for RPers who take part in the convention, as well as a header image we can use in announcements etc.
In-game promotion - RMB post draft, telegram text, any other ideas?
Organisation of additional activities - any other ideas for this?
