1. Choose a question from the long list of questions we will have
2. Post it in the following format on the RMB:

3. Wait until someone quotes you in a response. If their answer is right, record it in a spreadsheet. They must be the first one to answer to receive points.

5. At the end of the week notify the Minister of the winner so appropriate action can be taken.
