A condemnation is a badge of infamy. Intended or not, most condemnations are worn as badges of honor. Gest's condemnation does not differ from this norm. The Black Riders and DEN, both of the regions Gest spent the majority of his raiding career in, were obliterated by moderation for rampant use of illegal scripts. Gest was one of the largest proponents of this illegal script use, and attempted to dissuade other nations from sharing their knowledge of the "Predator" script with site moderation, it should also be noted here that Gest received the largest punishment short of being declared Delete on Sight (DoS) for their involvement with the Predator scandal. Furthermore as the Repeal states, Gest has been blacklisted from membership and even cooperation with almost every major invader or invader leaning region in the world, and as such they no longer pose a significant threat to the regions of the world. For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote for the resolution.

Nations whose acomplishments were achieved largely through cheating haven't really acomplished anything at all, and should not recieve any special recognition from the World Assembly in the form of condemnation.
