Ok, so I've become a citizen and joined the World Assembly.

Are there rules or etiquette I should know about in regards to endorsing? I'm still reading into "warfare", and I don't want to screw something up by accidentally endorsing an "enemy" or whatnot.

Is there anyone I should be endorsing to keep things running smoothly around here? Should I just endorse at will? Are there times I shouldn't endorse someone?

This place has a steeper learning curve than I thought it would!
