The Ministry of Home Affairs is pleased to announce the completion of The North Pacific Handbook. This Handbook is a comprehensive guide to most matters in The North Pacific. Regardless of whether you are a new or experienced player, everyone can take something away from reading through this collection of dispatches.

Good catch! There must have made a typo when the dispatch was first made that no one ever noticed. I fixed it.
