Upcoming Elections - Elections are coming up and as always there's lots of candidates standing. The most interesting race looks to be the Minister of Foreign Affairs election with 3 candidates running for the office and there's still time for even more to sign up. This election is also the Delegate and President elections which are held every 3 months with 2 candidates for President thus far and seemingly only 1 for Delegate.

Polish Peoples' Crisis coming to an end - After more than a month of fighting and a Versutia-wide refugee crisis the Polish Peoples' Crisis is coming to an end. Kronogistan had spearheaded the operation and had managed to remove the former oppressive government but the power vacuum led to a refugee crisis as 10s of millions of the 40 million Poles fled the country. Now that the Kronogistani's have left forces from the nations of Sylvanni, Chiiinnna and Sishai have been co-operating to end the Polish resistance. Forces from the nations of Jasmennia and Kaeyeong have also been taking part in their own operations to end the resistance and keep the peace for the remaining refugees. On the bright side, millions of the refugees now have a new home in many nations across the federation and most of them seem to be very happy with their new life.
Jinwoy-North Arkana Tensions - It all started with the sudden and shocking collapse of the New Babylonnian empire, North Arkana deployed and moved in but failed to notify the Security Council of this move so Jinwoy also moved in. When Jinwoy unknowingly intruded on their AO their first response was to blow them out of the water after having been stationed in the AO for several days at this point. The Jinwoyins were forced to leave behind special operations teams who are officially MIA. They demanded to the SC that North Arkana take responsibility for their actions and in turn North Arkana said it was just hurt national pride. So, after being threatened to be blown out of the water, and the fleet trailed by attack submarines the Jinwoyin Navy increased its alert and so did the Arkanans. Then allies from both sides began to get involved and as it stands the situation continues to escalate.
