1. Not sure we need a separate military links section. The NPA application thread could be put into the new member section.
2. Is technical support and forum operations going to be the same link? If so we really only need to include it once.
3. In a few instances, you list a subforum or forum and then go on to list specific threads in that subforum (under major entertainment links for example). I'm not sure if that is necessary to have both. Or perhaps we could put the specific threads we think are noteworthy in a spoiler under that subforum.
