Northern Travel Magazine Idea Revival [SUGGESTION]

Several months ago, Syrixia suggested that there should be a Northern Travel Magazine.

In essence, this would consist of paragraphs written by residents about their nations that would be submitted to the Ministry of Culture. These could be submitted on the forums by any nation in TNP and the best 10 would be taken and posted by The Northern Lights nation and would be featured as a pinned dispatch and be distributed internationally.

I thought that this idea was great and should be put back on the table.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
 
Perhaps the resources of the Culture Ministry could be useful to your project. It looks like you posted a thread on it about 9 months ago, and it hasn't gotten much traction. This could be the boost that it needs.

If I recall correctly, it was an idea Siwale gave to Madjack, who promptly gave it to Goyanes and myself. As COE said, however, perhaps the culture staff can bolster this. I'll share what we have so far later tonight.

This is the brief from Ghost: "Since we're bringing back press releases, I had a thought you might like an RP-themed release, maybe as a kind of teaser to generate curiosity about RP from the general population. I know a lot of RPers on the RMB. Think that might be worth putting together?"

We have to be careful, though, to make sure that only the most realistic RP gets through to this RP release. They need to see what real RP is like so we can stop getting infested by all these NS-stat RMB RPers.(edited)

I mean we're also teaming it - hopefully - with Sil's updated FAQ that I know Goy has seen, so hopefully we can direct them there - link it in the dispatch or something
This is a RP Staff/whatever department Siwale's in charge of thing, rather than a culture thing

@MadJack @Goyanes Here's my idea. We call it ERAS MONTHLY. We ship it out every month. We can use that old logo that Sodium made. We can divide it up into 5 sections:

1. Fluttr Highlights
2. This Month In The News
3. World Leader Profile
4. Nation Profile
5. Out of Character (latest happenings in the community in OOC)

I have time to compile some stuff. @Goyanes, You can do This Month In The News. Just scour the news thread for good articles. We can use May's stuff too, since it's early June and we shouldn't wait until the month's end to release it.
I'll do Fluttr highlights and OOC happenings.
Then once we're done with those we can work together on the two profiles
