The North Pacific Discord server has been a game changer in the interactions between players over the past year and a half.

Communication through Discord allows our citizenry and government to function more efficiently. Rather than waiting forever to get a response to a simple question on NationStates, players can ask those questions on Discord and get a quick reply.

Discord facilitates communication between players through three major methods:

a) Text Channels - allows users to post messages in a designated area which can be viewed and replied to by anyone with the proper permission.
b) Voice Channels - allows users to talk to one another through voice instead of text.
c) Direct Messaging - allows users to send private messages to either one other user or a selected group of friends.

3. If you are a citizen or resident, contact the Speaker or Deputy Speakers of the Regional Assembly to be given the proper role.

I added in the channel lists and a paragraph explaining ways to use Discord. Does anyone have any other suggestions of things to add?

I'd strongly suggest against including a channel list, since it limits me or others from changing the channel names without forcing an update to the dispatch.
