I am delighted to introduce the new ranking system for the recruitment office! It is my hope that these ranks will encourage participation when it comes to recruitment telegrams. Helping to introduce new members to the forum can be a rewarding task in itself and I hope that ranks will serve as an added bonus.

There will be five ranks in this program. These ranks are based off of the number of rows on recruitment lists that an individual completes over the term. Regardless of your contributions in previous terms, everyone will start at 0 and will be unranked. Promotions will be awarded at the end of every recruitment list. The ranks and their corresponding badge can be found below:

Please note that these ranks are strictly for fun and have no added power associated with them. Your rank may be looked at, however, if you choose to apply to other areas of the ministry such as the Gameside Advocates or Forum Mentoring.

Lastly, please be sure to complete any rows you claim within a week of claiming them. Nations will be periodically followed up with to make sure they were contacted. Failure to contact nations you have claimed may result in loss of your current rank.
