Office of the Minister of Home Affairs

It is an honor and a privilege to be serving as the Minister of Home Affairs this term. This ministry plays a key role in increasing involvement in the region and I am so grateful to be entrusted with this task. I would like to thank the out-going minister, Tomb, for all of the work he has put in. Tomb has done an excellent job at increasing participation within the ministry as well as bringing back the RMB Trivia program. Tomb, and all of the other ministers before me have built a phenomenal foundation for this ministry and my hope is to build off of that this term.
As most of you are probably aware, the main goals of this ministry include assisting players in discovering the plethora of opportunities and resources available to them on the forum as well as helping to guide new players through their transition to the forum. We currently have three programs that help us reach these goals: manual recruitment, forum mentoring, and the RMB guardians. All three of these programs have their own unique purpose, and I have no intentions of getting rid of any of them. What I plan to do, however, is make modifications to each department to make it run more efficiently. A quick summary of my plans can be found below:
Manual Recruitment:
- Establish a ranking/rewards system
- Generate recruitment lists on a weekly basis
- Create same-day mentoring assignments
- Establish a ranking/rewards system
- Increase RMB participation
- Implement the RMB Trivia program
- Update TNP FAQs Dispatch
- Complete the Updating Automated TG project
I am aware that a lot of these jobs are not the most exciting and I am working to make them a little more fun for everyone. Do keep in mind though that while these jobs are not always appealing, they are extremely rewarding. Just by assisting a few people when you can, you are helping to create a more welcoming and tight-knit community. This ministry exists to serve the people of TNP, and we must try our best to do just that.
Finally, I would like to announce that I am appointing abc, wicheye, and Brend0g as my deputies for this term. abc has already served one term as deputy and I am certain that he will continue to do great work. wicheye and Brend0g have both been going above and beyond during their time in the executive staff and I am sure they will carry this excellent work ethic into their new positions.
