OBSERVING that Canterlot has been raiding more than 50 small regions.

FURTHER OBSERVING that Canterlot's sick actions, like forcing their raided regions to thank their "Helpful Ponies" for raiding them, boasting of their actions for "raiding regions like a cutie" and saying phrases like "raiding is magic" on the World Factbook Entries of the regions they raid.

CONSIDERS these actions to be bullying towards small and growing regions.

CONSIDERS the colourful text on every raided region's world factbook entry to be disgusting.

KNOWING that Canterlot does not mean any good to the regions they raid.

The complaint against Canterlot is based on frivolous arguments against raiding in general. Nothing in the resolution indicates that Canterlot has done anything exceptionally heinous. In fact, their actions have been insignificant and unworthy of any attention. Canterlot does not compare to the more notorious raiding organizations that have previously been condemned, and passing this resolution would make condemnations worthless.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote against the resolution.
 
For (even though the basis for such a vote is admittedly near non-existent, the fact that they like raiding without good reason is cause enough)

I like the colors :(

Also, while they do tend to go pretty far with the whole theme, I don't see them as having destroyed regions or even banjected. They just show up and change the theme of the region for a little while and do a couple tag raids of tiny, frankly rather insignificant regions that they could easily destroy before moving on. This certainly isn't commendable, sure, but it most assuredly is not condemnable.
