[Complete][SC] Liberate Illuminati (round 2)

The Security Council:

Observing that The Black Hawks, supported by a coalition of invader, imperialist, and otherwise aligned forces, have invaded and occupied the region Illuminati, with the intention of conquering and destroying the region;

Conceding that Illuminati has a troubled history, and that some disgruntled nations native to Illuminati have supported destructive invader plans for the region;

Acknowledging, however, that other native nations oppose conquest and destruction of Illuminati and have expressed support for liberation of their region by the Security Council;

Asserting that when faced with such a complicated dispute between native nations, the Security Council must prioritize those that want to continue peacefully residing in Illuminati over those supportive of the region's destruction, which have indicated by their support for Illuminati's destruction that they have no interest in continuing to reside in the region;

Declaring, moreover, that giving tacit approval to the conquest and destruction of Illuminati by invaders twice condemned by the Security Council would be contrary to the fundamental aim of this institution, which is to spread interregional peace and goodwill, rather than interregional discord and destruction;

Hereby Liberates Illuminati.
