I'm Cerian Quilor. The screen name is from when I briefly went by this name on NS in early 2012 and I just never got around to changing it on this forum. I may want to look into that. 
Anyway, I've been gone from the game for the last two years or so, but before that, I floated around the Independent-Imperialist sphere inthe UCRs, especially TNi, Europeia, the LKE, and my own region Kantrias. Never really got into any GCR before.
When I came back to NS a few days ago, I decided that what I remembered hearing about the political enviromemt of the GCRs sounded interesting, and while I joined Europeia again, I also decided to look into what GCR I felt like would be the most interesting to join, and TNP looked like it would be the most fun.
So, hello everyone, and I look forward to a fruitful and fun time here in TNP.
