[DRAFT] Liberate The Arab League

The Nazi occupation of this region has ended and the region is in stable hands. The liberation was warranted when it was proposed and it may still be needed should the tables turn again. At this point one could safely vote either way on this one, as it will not make a difference in the outcome.

Not really sure what else to say here, this seems to have settled itself mid-vote.

Maybe this is one of those rare instances where we don't send anything out. We did already send a 'no recommendation' telegram this week, only then we had useful perspectives on both sides of the debate. This time, I don't think we can come up with that. Maybe let it sit and run to completion. It's not like recommending against will flip the vote at this point.
