[DRAFT] Recommendation Repeal Liberate Eternal Scholars

As the operation to retake Eternal Scholars has come to a successful end, and the delegate and natives of the region support this repeal, the time has come to reinstate the password and end this liberation.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote for the resolution.

For obvious reasons we needed to rewrite this.

In the midst of this vote, Eternal Scholars was raided once again. Clearly it is too soon to allow for a delegate-imposed password, and therefore the liberation should remain in effect. At this point repealing the resolution will give the raiders an opportunity to lock down the region from any who would seek to save it.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote against the resolution.
