The native population of Singapore has returned to power with the withdrawal of raider forces, and the residents now wish to implement their own measures to secure the region. We must also not forget that the original liberation resolution was unsupported by both The North Pacific and the natives, as it contained a covert self-commendation for The Invaders. The Invaders have repeatedly attempted to use liberations and condemnations as a backhanded way of glorifying themselves and we will continue to oppose them. Security Council Resolution #209 must be repealed to allow the government of Singapore to bring security and stability to the region, and remove the taint The Invaders left behind.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote for the resolution.

The native population of Singapore has returned to power with the withdrawal of raider forces, and the residents now wish to implement their own measures to secure the region. We must also not forget that the original liberation resolution was undesirable, unsupported by both The North Pacific, and unsupported by the natives, as it contained a covert self-commendation for the raiding force The Invaders. The Invaders have repeatedly attempted to use liberations and condemnations as a backhanded way of glorifying themselves and we will continue to oppose them. Security Council Resolution #209 must be repealed to allow the government of Singapore to bring security and stability to the region, and remove the taint the raiders The Invaders left behind. The time has come to bring the liberation effort to its conclusion.

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote for the resolution.

Definitely a rough draft, looking for suggestions and changes.
Q1: Anything else you all can think of to strengthen this recommendation?
Q2: Should I just mention The Invaders by name?

If you want to reference the self-commend, you can link this to the others that we opposed because The Invaders were playing games. We have named them before.

Minor tweaks, I would say withdrawal instead of withdraw, I would stick with the unsupported stuff and take out undesirable, and maybe the last line. It's not bad but we don't necessarily need it either. It's purely a stylistic thing I guess. Otherwise it's a solid draft.
As your Minister of World Assembly Affairs, I am proud of the work we accomplish in the Ministry. If you are interested in joining the effort, if you are interested in getting more involved in the World Assembly, possibly as an author or one of our staff putting together information for voters like yourself, then join the Ministry! We want both people who are eager to learn and people who already know their way around the World Assembly and can help us do our job even better. Joining the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs is a great way to get more involved in The North Pacific community.

If you're interested in getting involved, please either send me a PM on the forums (my username is Pallaith ) or contact this nation ([nation=short]Pallaith[/nation]) by telegram.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

The Delegate casts the regional vote after consulting the results of the forum voting thread linked above. All World Assembly nations in The North Pacific can vote and discuss there, so make sure to do so!

As usual, please consider endorsing Delegate [nation=short]Plembobria[/nation], if you have not already done so. The more endorsements, the more votes The North Pacific has, and the stronger our voice in the World Assembly is!

If you are no longer interested in receiving these telegrams, please edit your Telegram Preferences, and adjust the frequency with which you receive 'WA Campaign' telegrams accordingly.
If you have any questions about any of the above, please feel free to contact me!

Best,
[nation=short]Pallaith[/nation]
