Back in December, 2014, under the Delegacy of r3naissanc3r, a program was implemented that would change the fate of countless resolutions. This was the World Assembly Development program, colloquially known as the WADP, which was revolutionary for trusting a wide range of individuals to ensure the region's security rather than just a select few as is common amongst founderless regions. The WADP succeeded beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. There is such an enormous amount of influence amongst the residents that a rogue Delegate or highly endorsed person (often tasked with guarding the region) would soon be helpless. This is the most common threat in GCRs as evidenced in the recent coup of Osiris. The other threat is from raiders entering the region and overtaking it. This is hardly a concern in The North Pacific as the Delegate has a lead of several hundred on the Vice Delegate. This policy as the loose endorsement policy encouraged endorsement of the Delegate thereby as a side effect increasing The North Pacific's power in the World Assembly.
Well, r3nassian3r is back. This time, in coordination with the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs a new program has been developed. This program is designed to enhance The North Pacific's participation in voting in the World Assembly. It aspires to increase the number of WA nations in TNP voting, boost WA membership and increase activity in the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs.
Much like the World Assembly Development Program this program will present general information about the World Assembly and why nations should vote. It will provide information on how the Delegate of The North Pacific votes and how to influence that vote by voting on the off-site forums. For each resolution much more elaborate statistics than those found in the site will be located in the dispatches showing residents how The North Pacific is voting.
The current Information for Voters, a program which makes recommendations on how to vote in the World Assembly will be succeeded by the Voting Recommendation. For each resolution a recommendation will be made and sent out to all World Assembly nations in The North Pacific, posted in the off-site forums and published in dispatches. The recommendations will be composed by the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs, a Ministry that all residents of The North Pacific are permitted to join.
Much like the WADP in which monthly awards are presented for endorsing in The North Pacific, awards will be released under this new program to nations that maintain their World Assembly in The North Pacific and vote on the resolutions.
This new project holds high hopes for the region, the government hopes that this project will encourage greater participation in the World Assembly.
Ladies, gentlemen and other, The North Pacific presents to you,
The World Assembly Voting Information Program.
