Office of the Attorney General​

The Office of the Attorney General will be happy to act as legal adviser to the Delegate, Vice Delegate, and executive government officials.[1]

Examples of the legal services we provide include, but are not limited to: Freedom of Information Act requests, assistance with requests for review filed with the Court, clarification of your authority as stated in the Constitution and Legal Code, and other general legal advice regarding the execution of your duties.
