INTRODUCTION OOC: President Joseph Nix, the newly-elected leader of the country of Diallus, has just convened the First Session of its Diplomatic Parliament. Instead of having a bureaucratic Department of Foreign Affairs, President Nix has opted for a democratic system, including representatives from any country that wishes to participate. It works kind of like an embassy, except it contains all of the ambassadors in one area, and they all get one vote on issues of foreign policy.
