Deleting an individual post

Is there a way to delete an individual post from a thread?

I accidentally made an invalid vote in the regional assembly without checking to make sure I was approved by the admin team as a citizen. I was only conditionally approved. As to not disrupt the thread, I was looking for a way to remove the post but didn't one. Can an admin do it, or is there a way I can do it?

We don't delete posts. Sometimes, we split them from a topic and send them to a special repository, but that's as close as we get.

We're a very understanding community. What I would do is just edit the post so it says either nothing at all or a small message saying something like "accidental post".
