Greliser (Esperanto: Respubliko Kunigita de Greliser; Latin: Unitum reipublicae reformate Greliser), officially the Parliamentary Monarchy of United Republic of Greliser, abbreviated as URG, is a sovereign state constituted in a constitutional and parliamentary monarchy composed of thirty seven states between counties, duchies, principalities, archduke, etc. 300 million square kilometers and with more than 5.7 million people. Greliser is the seventh in the world by total area and the fourth most populated country, twenty-three states and the capital are contiguous and are located in Eastern Europe connecting the European continent and the Asian continent. The states that make up the nation are scattered throughout the Caribbean Sea, Northeast Africa, Western Asia and the Pacific Ocean.
The union was due to the economic crisis that faced the world but the big losers were the countries of Eastern Europe and the oceanic countries, to face this crisis, which was getting worse in the EU, transcendental measures were taken which did not give good fruits. On October 16, 2006, in the city of Marseille, France, the meeting of heads of states from eight of the affected countries took place: the Republic of Croatia, the Hellenic Republic, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Montenegro, the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Albania and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, due to the failed meeting of the European Council in Belgium to deal with the crisis. They established the Treaty of Marseilles in which they concluded the formation a new federated state called Unitate Real of Greliser with a provisional government led by provisional federal council conformed by the eight member states.
On June 3, 2007, the treaty entered into force, establishing the city of Athens as the federal capital and the creation of a constituent assembly. This union was adhered to in this same order the Republic of Romania, the Republic of Hungary, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Slovakia, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Turkey. The union of the republics turned Greliser into a superpower and the adhesion of the Republics of America and Africa led to becoming a superpower by relating it to the former Soviet Union.
