"Update please Prime Minister"
William James, Prime Minister of Oakster, clears his throat and looks down at the papers in front of him,
"Your Royal Highness, the move is complete. We have left Germope and the relocation here in The North Pacific is fully underway. Err, Mr Wellington has been busy endorsing the other WA members to increase our standing and to foster good relations. He is pleased with the results so far having endorsed around 700 nations and receiving around 100 back so far. A point of interest, Oakster was recognised in the 27th Volume of the Regional WADP Awards with a Rising Star Top 50 Award. He hopes to better this as time goes on."
James pauses and looks at the King for approval. The Kings nods and James continues, turning the page over,
"Mr Lund and Mr May have been looking through the Security Council for The North Pacific and they are both impressed. Mr May is looking into the finer details but I suspect that he will be seeking your approval nearer the time to get more involved with that side of things."
"Mr Lucien is still at the World Assembly we think, he's gone quiet and we're not sure why. But I suspect that he will be up and running once the last few details of this move are finalised."
"From a domestic stand point, there have yet to be any newspaper articles either for or against the move and so we await for that. Taxation continues to be a problem in Oakster but we are trying to reduce it. Civil rights have increased though, as has the economy in general and so we are making good progress"
He looks over the pages to see if he has missed anything but it looks like he covered it all. He looks up at The King to see his response.
"Well done William. It's good to see that the move is going well. We made the right decision. Keep up the good work and let me know how Wellington gets on."
His Royal Highness Benjamin Oakley then stands up and walks out of the room by the door on the left. William sits there as he put away his documents. He smiles to himself in self congratulation for the progress made so far. Things are looking good he says to himself as he heads to his office.
