[c]The General Election of March 2016 saw the Conservative Party build on their majority in the House of Commons. In the previous term, Prime Minister Ravensdale was an independent but was elected PM due to the support of the Conservatives which had managed to fight back into power after losing to the Whig Party the term before. Now with Ravensdale not running for re-election, the Conservatives put forward Owen Hesse, the Party Leader, as their Candidate for PM, with no opposition. The election was one of the quietest on record, with no one campaigning for their seats and with there only being seven candidates for seven seats. In the end, the Conservatives were elected and took control of all but one seat in Parliament, which allowed Owen Hesse to easily secure the Premiership and become Prime Minister. Parliament saw many newcomers and some old faces, with Arthur Pendragon returning for his third term in the commons, Owen Hesse returning for his fourth term and Edward Windsor returning for his ninth term.
The Results:
Owen Hesse - Conservative
Francis - Independent
Seanzyland - Conservative
Uncle Churchill - Conservative
John Adrian Louis Hope - Conservative
Edward Windsor - Conservative
Chisinau City - Conservative
Due to there being only 7 candidates, all candidates were automatically elected into the Commons.
However, shortly after the Prime Minister was confirmed by the Commons and the confirmation had gone to the Lords, the Speakership election caused a small disruption within the Conservative Party, resulting in Arthur Pendragon, MP for Southern England, leaving the Conservatives and therefore weakining their, still strong, majority.
More change came to the composition of the House of Commons this week as Francis, MP for Northern England, lost his place in the Commons due to his nation CTE'ing. As a result, a by-election is being held with Dame Victoria Windsor being the only one, so far, to run for the seat. Dame Victoria Windsor is a member of the Conservative Party but is reaffirming to the people that her campaign is not about party politics but about getting things done.

[c]The size of the Nobility and their activity has come into question many times throughout the history of Great Britain. Numerous Noble Conferences have been held to find solutions and many attempts have been made in the past, but to no avail. However, last month His Majesty the King made an important and shocking announcement; the revokation of all noble titles excluding those of the Monarchy and immediate royal family. Soon after, the King issued a series of letters patent which clearly showed that the titles of the nobility were being limited and restricted to ensure that those who held them valued them and would remain active to keep them, and to ensure that they symbolised the idea that if you work hard you will be rewarded. This Update has been brought to you by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office under the authority of the Office of the Prime Minister of Great Britain.
We, at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, would like to thank you for your continued cooperation with the Kingdom of Great Britain.
Thank you.
