Teofilo took the floor. "Considering the current situation on the ground in Rhuvanland, is it wise to fully repeal these sanctions at this time? I believe that perhaps a monitoring body be set up, with repeal of sanctions dependent upon the easing of tensions and fighting within Rhuvanland. We do not want to open up the various factions to even more foreign funding, which would only prolong any conflict."
