In line with recent changes I have made to my nation as well the direction I'm taking them while role-playing, I am resigning / withdrawing my nations from the North Pacific Treaty Organization. I realize that I am the current Chair of the Organization but since I'm locked out of the Assembly board and cannot hold elections (forum access is broken) I am vesting full executive authority in Syrixia, the Deputy Chair of the Organization to lead the NPTO and hold elections in due time. A post will be forthcoming later today detailing the changes I have made to my nation as well as an OOC discussion thread for anyone to ask me questions.
 
Sad to see you go, but I respect your decision. The NPTO is in good hands.
