Hia! The Free Land of Ophlantly would love to introduce itself here today.
Firstly, it must be added that Ophlantly is built upon a free society living out their free rights in a world of their oysters! Of course everyone is entitled to be themselves and explore the possibilities of a world ruled by strict guidelines, so in Ophlantly we respect the fact that freedom generally comes at a cost everywhere, even though it is basic human rights, however we do not stop at that. Every Ophlantlian would agree that this is just out-of-the-question and have started to challenge this rule. The peaceful democratic government does their absolute best to allow these challenges to play out in the right way. Now you may ask, what is the right way? Well all Ophlantians will tell you "the general thought of the free". This is how decisions are made.
A frequented question arises of, "how can you live in a society without guidelines to keep the family (everyone is considered family in Ophlantly) safe?" Well the answer is simple for the Ophlantlians - the general safety of our family is held dear in every decision, this is why the government is chosen purely on how family friendly they are. The Ophlantlians know this because politicians are put to tests, of course not life threatening or anything, but a test that judges their morals and their critical thinking skills while put under pressure holding families in their dear hands. This is televised so that the whole nation can see, this is how the families of Ophlantly can decide upon the righteous ones to lead. No-one is forced to be a politician but politicians are very well respected in Ophlantly and this is the drive for a large cast on the TV during the voting process times. Ophlantlians are happy to vote and it is compulsory to; to aim for the most fair political judgments on the general thoughts of the free.
All in all, Ophlantly is a very free and people-based nation who open their arms to everyone.
