In more detail: you were warned for two things. Starting insulting topics, and doing it repeatedly.

I hinted at, but did not explicitly state, that your several topics on the subject of countryballs were spammy.

I still don't understand why you need a Countryball Club and a Polandball Services topic.

I hope you understand now why it was locked.

We need some Girl Countryballs.

No, we do not need a whole bunch of topics about countryballs in the Agora.

Planetball isn't relevant anymore.

I'll try and stop spreading countryballs everywhere.

1. I still don't see why Polandball services is insulting. It is nothing devised to insulting other people.
2. The Countryball Club is a Club for Posting Countryballs. Polandball Services is creating countryballs for people who don't know and teaching them how to make comics.
3. The Difference between the two is like comparing a bunch of cooks and the food they give.

With certain exceptions such as pornspam, warnings are only issued or raised after discussion, or after a prior discussion indicates that future conduct of the kind specifically warned would result in further warnings.

As I recall with this matter, the last discussion ended with a warning and a clear signal that future conduct of that ilk would result in a raised warning.

The question I have is this, why do you keep creating topics that are very similar?

You don't see that there are similarities between countryballs and polandball topics it seems. Poland is a country and thus could be a subset of your original thread - offensiveness excluded.

Without regard to your ability to understand the similarities between the two threads, you have been previously warned not to continue the practice and you instead have done it again. We are requesting that you stop and unfortunately, failure to do so will result in more administrative action. Polandball is another way of saying Countryball, also the Polish Countryball.

Clearly there's a large interest in the countryball/polandball/etc but certain people and groups can't get along with others and so are using OP powers to keep each other out of topics/starting their own with bait ops etc.

One of the few things about NS moderation policy I do like is that when there's a lot of interest in a topic or a particularly contentious topic that is spawning lots of threads, they have a moderator create a mega-thread instead, and lock all the others. That way people can't go 'you can't post here' 'fine i'll go make my own topic that you can't post in'.

I think that's an option that could be applied here for a positive outcome outside of anything else about individual problems or posts.

It doesn't make sense what the Admins are trying to do here. I've been warned two times and sanctioned for this issue when it was already closed.
