Treaty about sister cities with Lorbank​

The Lorbankian cities' foreign affairs politicians were liberated from the control of the government after the Parliament passed the act, the "Liberation of the Cities". So Lorbank's cities are searching after twin towns.

Lisledo:the capital city, with the population of 2 668 000. It lies next to the sea, in the eastern part of the country. It is definitely the main economic, commercial and administrative city of Lorbank.
Vomance:the second largest city with the population of 995 000. You can find it in the Western part of the country. Its main industry is the book publishing.
Klouis:the third largest city with the population of 884 000. Lies on the coast as Lisledo, but it is nearer to the Andulan border. It is famous for its pedestrian areas and boutiques.
Kistin:the fourth largest city with the population of 732 000. You can find it on the central part of the country. There are some historical relics.
Yatin:the fifth largest city of 665 000. It lies next to the Eirennean and Kalatunian border. Famous for the near river source.
Licork:the sixth largest city with the population of 601 000. It is located in the central part of Lorbank. Famous for its lush forests near to the city.
Ostacre:the seventh largest city with the population of 543 000. Lies next to the Kalatunian border. There are an important road junction, where the A3 and A4 roads are splitting.
Ashfield:the eighth largest city with the population of 423 000. Located from 60 kilometres from Lisledo. According to the legend the ashes of a black dragon is here.

Mayor's name: We don't have "mayors", as such; the person holding a position most similar to that office in Cittàgazze is Nolan Clark, Provost of Blackwell Academy of Art.

Views on the chosen city: Our information on your country and this lovely city is tragically lacking, but as a nation with a vibrant and extensive publishing industry ourselves, we are interested in learning more.

Minister of Foreign Affairs: We don't have one of those, either; the various duties of that office would be the responsibility of :
SM Harper Wade Addison, Director of the Dept. of Education; SM Svetlana Abbiati, Director of the Dept. of International Studies; SM Eladio Bolívar, Director of the Dept. of Defense Technologies; and possibly SM Warren Rothenberg, Director of the Dept. of Cultural Anthropology--or as is more likely, one of their many deputies.

In what issues would you like to cooperate?: Scientific and cultural exchanges, expansion of private enterprise, and expanding educational opportunities for both our peoples.

(OOC: Sadakhan are educated from infancy that science and intellectual integrity are paramount, excessive personal wealth is unseemly, and sex is not stigmatized--so someone trying to use bribes of money, sex, or blackmail to overcome obstacles they do not have the skill, ingenuity, or the professional or social credibility to overcome will generate a similar reaction (amusement, then disgust) to someone dropping one's pants in public and eating one's own feces. On the other hand, as a highly social people who's basic social unit is not the individual, but the karass (a pseudo-family group), nepotism and favors are just part of how things are done.)

Main industries: Cittàgazze is highly renowned for its focus on the arts, which includes not only the visual arts, literature, music and theatre, but also gourmet gastronomy, premiere cheese and winemaking, and non-industrial shipbuilding. Tourism is a primary economic focus, obviously, but many of Sadakoyama's artisanal publishing houses are situated there as well.

The title "Governor of Rethel" is given to the King, but this is purely ceremonial as well, though he holds the Committee accountable, which prevents corruption.
